Never in a million years would I have thought that my favorite past time was going to essentially become my career. Through years of doing makeup and hair as a hobby, I decided two years ago to become a licensed cosmetologist and to do what I most love.

 

I’m so glad I’ve made that decision. I’m always excited for “work” because there’s always something different and challenging, which makes it so much interesting.

 

The fact that I get to meet different people each day and get to make a personal connection with them is probably one of my favorite things about my job as a hairdresser.

 

Working in the bridal hair industry has opened a new door for me and has allowed me to make people feel extra beautiful on their special day.
